can sumone teach me how to create a wishlist on the blog?haa...
anyway life's been great...tiring but tiring in a special way.special because the tiredness is gone thru with God...restedness in God...amazing...I want more of that!=)
Thank God for many things...thank God for using me and for speaking thru me to my fren...this anti-Christ fren...who believes in science but not in God...read to him the email abt the difference between science and God..amazing...amazing because after the whole conversation (which I felt was very Holy-Spirit led), it made him ponder and think...it's a great start!!I pray that God'll continue to reveal things to me that I can share with my frens about Him=)
another ting to thank God is for the St Hilda's people who have been blessing my housing estate! When I came home from YA, 2 St Hilda's church pple were talking to my mum at the door...I silently prayed that God'll soften my mum's heart and use them to speak to her...then after quite a while of talking, my mum actually invited them into the house!!(this is shocking becos my family's pretty anti-Christians and they always cant wait to shut the doors on Christians when they come toking abt Jesus etc)...
yea..so they were invited in and as they continued to chit chat think they saw my shirt that it's from TOUCH and they asked if I'm worshipping in FCBC...then the topic on Christianity started and they asked if I brought my mum to church..then slowly the conversation continued without much resistance..then my father came home and joined in the conversation too..my goodness!I was praying that they wun be superficial when interacting with these pple and after that when they're gone they wun say negative things like they trying to convert them or wadever...and indeed after they left, my parents did not say negative things about them!!!when they were leaving, they were actually talking about some of the elderly in the estate who received Christ...gosh...and I gotta found out that my father has a lot of Christian frens and he knows a lot abt Christianity...but his heart is v hard towards Christianity...
but nonetheless...sumting to thank God for!!I know God has been working in my family and I'm excited to pray for more to happen!and I realised sumthing..It was only when I started praying for my frens and my family that I began to see many things changing and all these happening...This shows that God hears and is answering!all He wans me to do is to pray and ask...if I dun ask, He wun gif because I might take it for granted...and I mux persist in prayer too!
my heart is filled with thanksgiving as I see how exercising of faith in prayer can bring about so many exciting things from God=)
